What is Self-Care?
When you care, for yourself… ?
A better question is:
What does Self-Care look like?
Self-Care = Activities that nurture Self.
Activities that contribute to the maintenance of well-being, personal health, and development.
I compiled a short list of the smallest acts of Self-Care,
And even if you’ve had a character building day, these will also change your mood.
There is no such thing as a “bad” day. You’ve had a character building day.
I know how difficult it can be to pull Self out of a funky mood,
but when you choose to do something that betters yourself…
You willllll feel better!
And when you do these things routinely,
You’ll feel healthy, relaxed and always ready for whatever life throws at you!

OTHER SELF-CARE ACTIVITIES CAN INCLUDE:
-Exercise, Yoga, Meditation
-Lighting a candle (aromatherapy)
-Get a massage
-Get a manicure or pedicure
-Write a list of what you’re grateful for
-Turn off your phone for a few minutes
-Listen to music that inspires and motivates you
-Get a new book
-Go through your closet and purge the clothes you don’t wear anymore
-Go for a walk
